COST TO PARTICIPANTS
EACH SINGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
$25 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE
$50 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE
$350 TUITION WHICH COVERS:
ROOM & FOOD FOR 5 NIGHTS, CONCERT DRESS SHIRT, REHEARSAL SPACE, WORKSHOPS AND FIELD TRIPS, SHEET MUSIC & PRACTICE RECORDINGS.
$425 TOTAL PLUS TRAVEL COSTS
FINANCIAL AID FOR SINGERS (BOTH FEES AND TRAVEL) MAY BE REQUESTED WITH REGISTRATION. A LETTER FROM THE MINISTER OR CONGREGATIONAL LEADER SUPPORTING THE NEED SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE REQUEST. FUNDS ARE LIMITED. NO GUARANTEE OF AWARDS.
CHAPERONES WILL ONLY HAVE TRAVEL EXPENSE. THEIR ROOM, FOOD, SHIRT AND ACTIVITIES WILL BE PAID FOR.
TRAVEL COST (FOR SINGERS AND CHAPERONES) WILL VARY DEPENDING UPON HOW FAR AND WHAT MEANS IS USED TO TRAVEL. IF A SINGER OR CHAPERONE ARRIVE AT THE MINNEAPOLIS AIRPORT OR ANY OTHER STATION IN THE AREA, WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A LOCAL VOLUNTEER TO PICK THEM UP AND DRIVE THEM TO MACALESTER COLLEGE, AND THEN BACK AGAIN WHEN LEAVING TOWN.
THERE MAY BE ADDED COST FOR A CD RECORDING OF THE CONCERT AND POSSIBLY A GROUP PORTRAIT PHOTO.
